570 helped by Angel Flight East Kootenay in 2022
Angel Flight East Kootenay offered swift and protected transportation for 570 regional residents needing medical care in 2022.
Based in April 2019 by retired airline captain Brent Bidston, Angel Flight East Kootenay is a wholly volunteer-led charitable group with no paid workers.
Its mission is to fly residents of the East Kootenay to therapy centres in Kelowna, without cost!
The 570 free flights for ailing residents, “proves it’s a much-needed service,” famous Creston resident Myrna Johnson, who urges Kootenay residents to think about supporting Angel Flight in 2023.
As a registered charity, Angel Flight is accepting donations to have the ability to proceed providing free flights. Each donation goes a good distance, and you’ll select to have a tax receipt in your donation if you need.
